Diesel Fuel Systems Service

Modern Common Rail injection systems in construction and agricultural machinery operate under extreme pressure exceeding 2500 bar. Under such conditions, even microscopic fuel contamination leads to pump seizure and permanent injector damage. We offer laboratory regeneration of fuel apparatus for engine brands such as CAT, JCB, Liebherr, John Deere, and Fendt.

Injector Regeneration

We support: Bosch, Denso, Delphi, Siemens.

  • Thermochemical and ultrasonic cleaning of components.
  • Replacement of nozzles and control valves.
  • Precise dosing verification on a test bench.
  • Assigning IMA/QR codes for ECU adaptation.

CR Pump Repair

Eliminating the “metal shavings” issue.

  • Microscopic verification of pumping sections.
  • Replacement of seals and shaft bearings.
  • Flow and pressure stability test under load.

System Cleaning

Essential when the pump generates metal shavings.

  • Disassembly and chemical flushing of the fuel tank.
  • Cleaning of fuel lines and Common Rail rail.
  • Installation of high-efficiency filters.

Symptoms of Injection System Failure

Do not ignore the first signs of failure. A “leaking” injector can burn a hole in the piston, leading to a general engine overhaul.

Hard Start

Machine cranks for a long time, especially on a hot engine (pressure loss on return lines).

Smoking

Black smoke (poor combustion) or white/grey smoke (unburnt fuel).

Uneven Running

RPM fluctuation at idle and rough running (“knocking”) of the injector.

Power Loss

The machine “chokes” or loses power when working with the bucket or plowing under load.
