Electrical faults are the most common cause of downtime for modern machines. Unlike automotive workshops, we specialize in 24V installations and control systems for heavy machinery working in harsh conditions (vibration, moisture, dust). We don’t just clear errors; we physically repair damaged installations, restoring machines to full operational capability.
Harness Regeneration
The wiring harness in an excavator or tractor is exposed to constant stress. Often, replacing the entire harness is unprofitable or impossible due to a lack of parts availability.
- Installation Restoration Replacement of burnt wire sections while maintaining appropriate cross-sections and factory color coding.
- Industrial Connectors We use original Deutsch (DT/DTM), AMP Superseal, and ITT Cannon plugs, guaranteeing full hermetic sealing.
- Harness Protection Securing with cloth tape and braiding resistant to high temperatures in the engine compartment.
Onboard Electronics Repair
ECU Controllers
Removing cold solders, replacing burnt transistors and integrated circuits after short circuits in engine and hydraulic controllers.
Joysticks
Manipulator regeneration. Replacement of microswitches, potentiometers, and Hall sensors responsible for precision.
Dashboards & Panels
Repair of non-functioning displays, analog gauges, and membrane buttons.
Power Systems (12V / 24V)
Starters
Starting problems? We regenerate components responsible for starting the machine.
- Replacement of solenoids and bendix drives.
- New brush holders and bearings.
- Verification of rotors for short circuits.
Alternators
Weak charging destroys batteries. We restore energy efficiency.
- Rectifier bridge repair.
- Voltage regulator replacement.
- New one-way clutches.
Advanced Diagnostics (“Tracing Faults”)
The most difficult failures are those that appear irregularly. We have electrical schematics for most machines (CAT, JCB, Volvo, John Deere).
Oscilloscope and CAN-BUS: We use advanced equipment to analyze signals from sensors (e.g., crank position) and the CAN bus, allowing us to detect faults invisible to standard multimeters.
