An efficient hydraulic system determines the power and precision of an excavator or loader. We offer comprehensive regeneration of power hydraulics components in open and closed loop systems. We specialize in repairing components from leading manufacturers: Bosch Rexroth, Linde, Sauer Danfoss, Kawasaki, Parker, and Eaton. Every repair is concluded with a test on a test bench, simulating operation under full working load.
Pump & Motor Regeneration
The piston pump is the most precise element of the system. The most common faults are a drop in working pressure (machine weakens after warming up) or noise (cavitation).
Rotating Group Replacement
Installation of new repair kits: pistons, separator, and cylinder block.
Grinding & Lapping
Machining of valve plates and swashplates to restore perfect surface tightness.
Seal Replacement
We use Viton/NBR seals resistant to high temperatures and pressures.
Control Regulation
Calibration of pressure and flow regulators (Flow Control / Load Sensing) on the bench.
Cylinder Regeneration
A leaking or scratched cylinder risks oil leakage into the environment and loss of lifting capacity. We service standard and telescopic cylinders.
- Rod Replacement: New chrome rods for deep pitting.
- Cylinder Honing: Grinding the tube interior (removing scratches).
- Seal Manufacturing: Production of custom glands (CNC).
Control Valve Service
The valve block is responsible for control precision. We regenerate sectional and monoblock valves (fixing boom drift).
- Spool Regeneration: Removing seizures and micro-scratches.
- Valve Calibration: Setting Shock Valves and LS.
- Re-sealing: Eliminating internal leaks between sections.
Mobile Hose Crimping
A burst hydraulic hose is the most common cause of downtime. Our mobile service unit has an onboard crimper. We fabricate hoses (2SN, 4SP, 4SH) directly at the client’s site, matching fittings (DKOL, ORFS, JIC, SAE Flanges) on the spot.
Testing & Quality Control (Test Bench)
We don’t deliver unchecked components. Every pump and motor goes to the test bench after assembly. The client receives a printed test protocol.
Written Warranty
We provide a start-up warranty for every regeneration.
